  • What is Coaching?
    A coach partners with you to help you gain awareness, learn, grow professionally and personally, set goals, and be held accountable. The best way to learn about coaching is to do it. Set up a Free Strategy Call to give it a try.
  • What will happen during the Free Strategy Call?
    In the Free Strategy Call, we will: Discuss confidentiality and answer any questions you might have about coaching. Get to know each other to find out if coaching is the right fit. Discover what your most important goal is for coaching. Do a laser coaching session, so you can feel what coaching is like. Explore coaching packages which might suit your needs. Provide feedback and plan next steps. This is not a linear process, and I am flexible to adapt the first session to your needs.
  • What is a typical coaching session like?
    There are no 'typical' coaching sessions, as it depends on what you need from it. I am trained to be flexible and adapt to your needs. Here are some different elements you might see in our sessions: Coaching has a goal, so I help you establish a clear focus for the session(s). We explore the topic and your awareness with questioning, reflection, and more. I provide a safe and confidential space for you to reflect, think and plan. I might suggest optional resources which could help your growth between sessions. You set objectives for what action you are going to take after the call. I can provide accountability, as requested. I am an unbiased partner to guide you on the path to growth and success.
  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
    How they are similar: They both use evidenced-based techniques and intentional conversations to foster growth, awareness and development. How they are different: Coaching focuses on the now and future, therapy also explores the past. Coaching is focused on professional and personal growth, whereas in therapy, you might explore deeper issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • How does pricing work?
    My prices are completely transparent. There are no hidden costs. All prices can be found here.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    It depends on what you need from coaching. In the first free strategy call, we can identify what your needs are for coaching and I will suggest a coaching package. However, you can, of course, decide which package works best for you. Here are three examples: If you want a 1-off session every now and then, I would recommend booking each individual session as needed. If you are looking for regular sessions twice a month, I would suggest the Silver Subscription to build momentum and accountability for you. This could be ongoing coaching until you wish to cancel your subscription. If you are looking for more flexibility with your coaching and you are looking for overall professional growth over a longer term, I would suggest booking the Platinum Plan (10 sessions), giving you maximum flexibility with your sessions to book over the course of 1 year.
  • What is your cancellation policy and how do I cancel?
    You can cancel anytime by signing into your account within the settings of your account. If you cancel a monthly subscription after payment, the current month of service (which you have already paid for) will be completed and cancellation will occur on the last date of your service.
  • What happens if I miss a session?
    If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be able to book a new session, and not forfeit the session. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be forfeited. For example, if you have the Silver Subscription and you cancel a session with less than 24 hour's notice, you will lose 1 of your 2 sessions that month.
  • What happens if I don't use all my sessions on a subscription?
    I strongly enourage you to use all of the sessions during the time period of the subscription. Sessions do not carry over to the next month.
  • Will my HSA/ FSA cover this?
    Currently, my coaching is not covered under HSA/ FSA. However, it may be covered through your employer's benefits program such as a tuition/ L&D/ education stipend.
